The Classic series models were introduced in conjunction with the Deuter Aircomfort mesh back in 1984 and have been part of Deuter’s product range ever since. True classics in the mountains! Since 2016, we have offered these traditional hiking backpacks as part of a reworked collection: new fabrics, new look, new functions – closely oriented toward the first models of the series.

Deuter Aircomfort – the original is born and patented. This mesh back carrier system is completely novel and revolutionises the backpack market worldwide.

First of all, it is applied to the Classic series.

Now, the Classic series comes in a new-look old outfit and better than ever.
