Description

Ultra-lightweight and super comfortable: wide, ergonomic vest-style shoulder straps with elasticated compression system, two adjustable sternum straps and soft material against the back create a garment-like fit. A stretch mesh inner pocket and side compression straps help eliminate load wobble no matter how challenging the terrain. A holster pocket on the front of one shoulder strap makes it quick and easy to access collapsible trekking poles. And there is space for soft flasks and a GPS in the shoulder strap pockets. The body fabric is made from 100% recycled materials and is bluesign® certified.

This is a very comfortable pack with a removeable foam back panel that weighs practically nothing. I found the foam back panel to also be useful with sweat management, especially regarding temperature control when taking the pack on and off. Moreover, the fit is fantastic with six intuitive adjustment points, making a customized fit a breeze. I have used the pack at roughly 3/4 capacity and experienced very little bounce. I really like the separate internal compartments for keeping things organized. Accessible storage when on the move is ample and the front zippered pocket is appreciated. I have yet to experiment with the front pocket for storing poles so I can't comment on the efficacy of the design. Build materials seem to be of high quality but only time will tell. Bonus points for 100% recycled materials in the body fabric. This is now my go-to pack for long runs in the mountains!
